About This Workshop
BreakBread Fundamentals: The Art of BreakBread includes a day-long immersive introduction to the ritual, philosophy, and craft behind BreakBread.
You’ll experience how BreakBread works as a sacred structure for connection and community-building—and learn what goes into creating the kind of gathering where people feel safe, brave, present, and fully human.
And the next day, you’ll step directly into the experience by participating in a full BreakBread Gathering included with your registration.
In This Workshop, You Will:
- Learn the foundations of BreakBread
- Understand how to create brave, gracious, meaningful spaces
- Explore the deeper purpose behind intentional gathering
- Be introduced to Conversation Alchemy as a tool for healing, community-building, and culture-shifting
- Explore the hidden barriers to connection—and how ritual helps us cross them
- Get support in beginning to design your own BreakBread gathering rooted in purpose, clarity, and care
- Participate in a full BreakBread Potluck on Sunday
