1. Small groups of six gather in a host’s home in the Hudson Valley
2. One shared meal (potluck) per month for three months
3. One powerful prompt per month, that inspires shared meaning (here are some prompt examples)
4. Consistent group, so trust can build over time
5. Simple, guided gathering & conversation guidelines to support depth
