If you’ve been part of BreakBread before, some of the form questions may feel familiar. Even so, we ask everyone to complete this form so we can gather the information needed to thoughtfully support each host, shape the ten Kitchen Tables, and create the strongest possible experience for everyone involved. We don’t want to take anything for granted.
We’ll ask about your hopes for hosting, availability, logistics, previous BreakBread experiences, and a few demographic questions that help us understand who is participating and measure the impact of this work.
