If you purchased one of our products and are unhappy with it or it is defective we will reimburse you the purchase amount plus any taxes and shipping incurred upon receipt of the returned item.

If you are unhappy with any of our services or workshops or learning experiences let us know and we will make every effort to remedy the situation.
